LETTER Anthracite OF INTENT (LOI)
To:End supplier Dear Sirs,
We, hereby state and represent that it is our corporate intention to purchase the commodity Anthracite coal in the quantity and for the price as specified in the Terms and Conditions stated below. This representation is made with full corporate authority and responsibility.
COMMODITY: Anthracite coal
TOTAL/CONTRACT QUANTITY: 360000 tons( 30000 tons per month for 12 month)
SPECIFICATION： As below attached.
PAYMENT TERM LC 90 days,PB 2 % of LC value
INSPECTION: SGS/Loading Port at Seller’s expense, to inspect the quality and quantity to issue the certificate
DESTINATION PORT Fangchenggang port, China
DOCUMENTS: 1 .Seller’s commercial invoice and packing list
2 .BL
3 . SGS Certificates for quality and quantity
4 .Certificate of Origin issued by Government
TRADE PROCEDURE PROCEDURE:
PROCEDURE:
1 -The buyer issues IOI .
2 - Seller / Exporter issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer); 3 - Buyer returns signed and stamped FCO.
4 - The seller issues the draft contract.
5 -Buyer returns draft of signed, stamped and scanned contract by email and will be considered legal and official Purchase and Sale Agreement until copies are exchanged.
6 - The seller issues Proforma Invoice.
7 - The buyer returns the stamped and signed Proforma
Invoice.
8 - Buyer submits draft of DLC.
9 - The seller returns the above bank instrument with possible changes.
10 -The buyer's bank issues DLC (MT 700 / 760 ) .
11 -Following the open banking instrument, the seller's bank sends the buyer's bank a 2 % Performance Bond (PB) in the amount of a remittance and a Proof of Product (POP) within 5 days to activate the LC.
12 - Within 30 / 40 days the ship will be loaded.
13 - After the goods arrive china port, the goods will be delivered into bonded warehouse.The designated testing organization SGS. or CCIC will quality testing.
13 . 1 ） If the testing report shows the goods is meeting required quality in contract and meeting China standards for importing Anthracite coal, the buyer will submit the testing report to the bank and let bank release 95 % amount for invoice.

13 . 3 ） If the testing report in bonded warehouse shows the goods’ quality and forbidden goods don’t meet required quality in contract and China standards for importing Anthracite coal, the goods will be returned by China Customs and the sellers shall pay occupancy fee, transportation fee, storage fee, handling fee and all expenses corresponding to the goods.
5 % balance payment of total amount for each shipment goods will be payable, within the same L/C, after CHINA
CUSTOMS has issued the certificates of quality and weight, against presentation of the relative documents.
This is the only current active LOI and has been exclusively offered to End supplier for establishing a cooperative relationship. This LOI only shows our company's recent demand, does not mean that our company will definitely buy from the people who receive this LOI.
