Payment by : Irrevocable and non-transferable LC MT 700 or MT 720 at sight after CIQ/CCIC/SGS inspection at discharge port in China. And with seller bank 2 % PB in advance.
Price： FOB or CFR/CIF southern port in China (such as Ningde port) and Northern port in China（such as Yingkou port）with Laycan period.
The Seller allows the Buyer to appoint a third party company to open a letter of credit.

Our company is a real buyer of imported coal. Our company purchases imported coal and sells it directly to end users, such as power plants and steel mills. However, our company entrusts large Central enterprises and state-owned enterprises such as A company , as importers to import coal. In this process, our company needs to pay 20 % of the payment in advance to A company as a deposit, and A company a will open an import letter of credit with 100 % of the value of the goods to foreign suppliers to complete the import.
