3 . Seller issues the Draft of English only SPA for revisions and signing by the Buyer, the buyer and the seller sign and return the completed SPA.
4 . Seller/Buyer and Intermediaries sign NCNDA/IMFPA with guarantee letter to pay the commission.
5 . Seller issue the Commercial Invoicce
6 . a) Buyer bank swift DLC to Seller's Bank after receiving the full POP documents and 2 % PB.
b) Seller issue Non-operative 2 % PB and POP, to become operative against the issue of DLC by the Buyer.
c) Buyer issue Non-operative DLC, to become operative against the issue of 2 % PB and POP by the seller.
d) Seller publish the evidence of the past export results to Buyer. then, after that Buyer issue the DLC, Seller issue the PB and POP.
7 . Seller provide below documents to buyer.

9 . Seller issues remains of POP: documents.

10 . Vessel arrive buyer’s port for inspection with SGS/CIQ, and seller release ownership title.
11 . Buyer to release 100 % payment to seller for each shipment within 5 banking days upon the cargo passed SGS or CIQ, and Seller distribute the commission according to the signed NCNDA/IMFPA.
