For high-quality interaction and successful execution of the contract for the supply of goods, a list of documents is required:
1 . LOI
2 . BCL or RWA
3 . List of Managers and Directors
4 . License to import coal from the Russian Federation into the customer's country
5 . Account Opening Certificate
6 . Certificate of Business Activity
7 . Credit Company Number Certificate
8 . Details in WORD format (ang, Russian language)
All documents shall be provided no later than 5 days from the moment of commencement of negotiations, with signature and seal.
We begin to negotiate, after the complete submission of the package of documents.
